Curated Partners are exclusively working with Client who is under a NDA agreement to appoint an IT Business Systems Analyst to work for a manufacturing site in St Asaph, Wales.
Reporting into the Head of Business Systems you will play a key role in steering the IT infrastructure and processes.
ROLE:
As part of the Business Systems team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business needs analysis and related systems development efforts. The experience needed will include system requirements gathering, conceptual application design, and project management.
This role also incorporates IT infrastructure to ensure IT systems are functioning efficiently and that there are no breaches in the security system. Assist users in system operation and corrects malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BA or BS (or equivalent) in Computer Science, management, math or related area
* Experience with global ERP systems
* Qualified by experience matching expectations of the role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analysing business needs, defining systems solutions as required, and support the development and maintenance of technical and functional specifications.
* Responsible for support and maintenance of the SYSPRO system incorporating all modules
* Work with the business teams to conduct business process analyses and needs assessments.
* Assist in defining test plans from the system design documents.
* Follow-through on testing, support for staff training and subsequent system roll-out.
* Manage assigned projects through to successful implementation
* Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business process concerns.
* Establish effective working relationships with our business partners.
* Maintains system, installs new units, and makes modifications to the network system as required.
* Troubleshoots and assists users with any difficulties they may encounter.
* Performs diagnostic tests to ensure integrity of system and upgrades firewall and virus protection on a regular basis.
* Is responsible for installation and maintenance of peripheral devices, including printers, routers and switches
* Maintains e-mail system and adds users as required.
* Works with the network administrator to review and analyse hardware and software needs and recommends changes and upgrades.
* Educates users on system usages and policies.

* Support all server and desktop based operating systems and applications
* Good understanding of existing network programs and capabilities. (Active Directory, MS Exchange)

* Ability to manage varied workload, with strong personal organisation skills
* Enthusiasm to develop skill set and welcoming of diverse challenges
* Strong team player with flexible attitude to work priorities
* Good computer skills (MS Office applications)
SALARY:
In return, they are looking to offer a salary up to £50,000 along 25 days hol plus bank.
