Role Description:
As a Sales Consultant at DigX, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by focusing on expanding our current client base, which includes some of Europe's leading organisations, and acquiring new accounts. You will be responsible for:
* Securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with enterprise clients.
* Converting MSAs to Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with our senior team.
* Building and nurturing C-suite relationships to understand client needs and present DigX's best practices.
* Visiting client offices to foster strong partnerships and drive business growth.
* Learning the digital transformation landscape and staying updated with industry trends.
Your Journey With Us:
Phase 1: Sales Consultant
* Focus on securing MSAs with enterprise clients.
* Work alongside the senior team to convert MSAs to SOWs.

Phase 2: Enterprise Closer
* Take control of the full sales cycle from MSA to SOW.
* Lead complex, multi-million-pound deals.
* Build your own enterprise territory.
* Develop deep commercial contract expertise.
Phase 3: Global Sales Leader
* Build and lead international sales teams.
* Drive territory strategy.
* Lead major account relationships.
* Shape global expansion.
The Package:
* £30K base salary
* Realistic £80K+ OTE (uncapped)
