Old Mill is seeking a skilled M&A Lead Adviser to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sell-side M&A and private equity investment transactions.
As a Lead Adviser, you will utilise your expertise to provide strategic advice and support to clients, helping them to optimally position their business for sale or investment, structuring deals, and navigating complex negotiations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and personal objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategies.
Your ability to foster relationships and engage with clients will be crucial in this position, as you will represent Old Mill at a crucial point in our clients’ lives and business life cycles.
Old Mill Corporate Finance has a simple strategy: do great work and be nice to people. We are different and we are looking for someone who fits with our ethos. In return, we will invest in your development and offer opportunities for you to progress your career.
Requirements

In addition, you will demonstrate a strategic mindset. Deal origination is a key part of this role, and you will need a strong understanding of market trends and opportunities.
A collaborative spirit, coupled with leadership capabilities, will be essential as you work cross-functionally within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
