Job Description:
As a Trainee Fire Risk Assessor, you will be given the opportunity to start a pathway to becoming a fully qualified fire risk assessor and gain a career for life! On this pathway, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments across a variety of properties, ensuring that clients meet current fire safety regulations. Your role will involve providing expert advice, preparing detailed reports, and recommending appropriate fire safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
2. Identify potential fire hazards and assess risks within different premises.
3. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to mitigate fire risks.
4. Compile detailed fire risk assessment reports with practical solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety legislation and best practices.
6. Liaise with clients, fire safety officers, and regulatory bodies as necessary.
7. Keep up to date with fire safety regulations and industry developments.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a fire safety role would be desirable.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
5. Full UK driving licence.
