A contract role, for up to a six month period is available for a BIM Specialist, working at a London based architectural and interior design practice. The role requires someone to set up the practice’s templates to Uniclass standards and ISO19650 compliance to support their BIM initiatives.
You will be required to create and set up BIM templates in accordance with Uniclass standards and to ensure all BIM processes and standards align with Uniclass and ISO 19650 requirements. You will be working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM templates into the design and construction process. In addition, you will conduct audits and reviews of BIM templates to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, as well as providing training and support to staff on the use of new BIM templates and workflows. Moreover, you will be required to develop and maintain documentation related to BIM templates and standards and provide comprehensive training to internal staff to ensure they can take over responsibility for BIM management and template maintenance after the contract period ends.
