Conducting thorough assessments of adherence to licensing requirements, regulatory obligations, and corporate policies for Isle of Man-based licensed entities and individuals. This may extend to supporting oversight of group-affiliated licensed entities in other jurisdictions. Supporting the ongoing development and refinement of the local compliance monitoring strategy. This involves aligning with relevant regulations such as the Regulatory Rulebook, AML Code, and Data Protection Regulation through comprehensive analysis, identification of gaps, and evaluation of potential impacts. Contributing to the creation and maintenance of detailed written procedures and registers. These documents serve to demonstrate to the regulator that the organisation is actively managing its compliance risks in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and group policies. Ensuring timely and accurate submission of required regulatory returns and notifications, including those related to data protection. This includes verifying compliance with relevant legislation, group policies, and procedures concerning data protection obligations. Fostering a compliance-oriented culture and enhancing risk awareness throughout the organisation.
