Are you ready to shape the future of estates and facilities at one of the UK’s largest NHS trusts?
We are looking for a Director of Estates & Facilities at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust to spearhead the strategic and operational management of our extensive estate. The Trust has a portfolio spanning 150 sites and a budget exceeding £600 million, so this is a unique opportunity to transform healthcare environments across our sites.
Your leadership will drive major programmes including the NHS estates element of our Warneford Park Programme - a visionary initiative to create a new hospital, cutting-edge research facilities, and a new University of Oxford college. You’ll also oversee consolidation of our estates footprint within the City of Oxford, along with a range of other projects.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of nearly 300 staff, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of excellence to deliver the Trust’s Estates and Facilities strategies. This will include property acquisition or disposal, capital and revenue funded projects, food delivery, transport, logistics, hard and soft facilities management, energy, sustainability and our health & safety strategy.
We’re looking for a visionary leader with substantial experience managing large estates, expertise in compliance and safety regulations, as well as the ability to inspire at every level.
If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, lead with purpose, and make a difference, we want to hear from you!
