An award-winning printing company seeks an account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of their team.
Working within a Centre of Excellence, you will be required to understand customer needs and wants to support your designated account base. You will also be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production facility and recording all transactions on the MIS system. This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients, and proactively manages work in progress. Clear communication is imperative in your management of all accounts.
