Contracts Administrator- Doncaster DN4 - £25-30k
The Contracts Administrator or Commercial Services Assistant is a key position which sits between the customer, the sales team and finance and is responsible for customer accounts, terms, price lists, customer rebates and all contract support administration. It is an exciting opportunity to work for an established and growing organisation.
Contracts Administrator or Commercial Services Assistant; the role:
Supporting the sales team with financial information on clients' accounts
Liaise with the sales team and customers updating them on all aspects of their accounts e.g. claims for rebates, preferred rates, new prices etc.
Receive and process contract claims using the CRM System e.g. calculating customer rebates, raising payments etc.
Monitor contract agreement terms and maintain the CRM system information
Produce monthly reports and statistics from the CRM System on contract information e.g. new completed Contract Support Agreements, disputes and progress reports
In order to be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator or Commercial Services Assistant, you will have:
Experience of contracts support from within any customer serving industry
Experience of creating financial reports for sales using CRMs, Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of sales ledger & purchase ledger procedures
Experience of communicating effectively with Suppliers, Customers and Colleagues
A professional telephone manner and a disciplined approach to organising workload
As well as a salary between £25k and £30k, the Contracts Administrator or Commercial Services Assistant can expect:
Hours: 37hrs per week 8am-4pm Monday - Thursday finishing at 3.30pm on Fridays (option to work extra for time off in lieu)
Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays with option to buy 3 more per year
