About the Role We are seeking a Temporary Works Engineer (or senior Engineer, depending on experience) to join our client's well-established civil structures team in their Redhill office. With a growing workload across multiple sectors-including rail, private, and local government projects-they are looking for a skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to support their dynamic design office. What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Chartered (or close to chartership) with MICE or MIStructE Minimum 4 years' UK experience in temporary works design Technical Skills Strong temporary works design experience, including buildability considerations Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and permanent designers Proficiency in relevant structural design software and an understanding of AutoCAD and Revit interfaces Design experience in RC, steel, masonry, and timber Knowledge of BS 5975 and Eurocodes Soft Skills & Responsibilities Ability to self-manage and support the team Capable of writing clear, technically sound reports Comfortable engaging in client-facing discussions What's in it for You?
