An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join Animed Direct on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved. Animed Direct was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK, as well as managing distribution of a growing number of own-brand medicines to our circa 400 vet practices across the country. Some of your key duties include the following:
* Answering customer calls and emails
* Liaising directly with customers by telephone, consistently providing customer service excellence
* Resolving emails promptly and efficiently
* Recording details or enquiries, comments and constructive feedback
Excellent communication skills across all channels including verbal & written Basic IT skills (including Excel for reporting) and the willingness to learn new skills and systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to effectively build rapport with customers
* Customer service experience
This role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm). Location: Combination of working from home and at our office based in Diss. Training would need to be one full week from the Diss office from your start date. These days would be from Monday - Friday. Please note that Saturdays are remote-working days. This is a hybrid/site based role, candidates must live within a commutable distance to our office in Diss.
