Working hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
You are required to have a valid UK driving licence for this role. You will be provided with a company vehicle and will be covering the Ellesmere Port area.
Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation. AASC contracts offer a range of improvements, with a particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system. They will ensure that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need and set clear requirements on the standard and condition of accommodation.
As the cleaner, you will be responsible for going around to different properties in your portfolio and completing dispersal as well as communal cleans.
What you need to do the job
- You need to have a willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK (a valid driver’s licence is required).
- You need good verbal & written communication skills.
- You need to be competent using IT.
- You should have previous experience of working as part of a team as well as working individually.
- Previous experience of cleaning households / large accommodation is desired.
