C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. C-Screens prides itself on working with a range of different events, sites, landowners, venues & rights holders to deliver a fantastic customer experience to their visitors, through sport, films and entertainment.
The Role
This position requires you to be organised and a proactive problem-solver. The Operations Coordinator position is at the forefront of exciting projects, supporting logistics, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth installation and execution of our LED screens. The position is a key role in delivering excellence to our clients and audiences.
Duties
* Support the team in coordinating project logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Overseeing and assisting the execution and delivery of pop-up and permanent screens.
* Provide on-site support during installations, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
* Assist with obtaining permits and permissions for project installations under supervision.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including health and safety records, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and insurance details.
* Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on project sites.
* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Conduct administrative tasks such as maintaining data sets, preparing reports, updating shared documents, and maintaining project timelines.
* Assist in monitoring project progress and flagging any potential risks or delays to senior team members.
* Administration for a team of Content Technicians, including updating rotas and managing invoices.
* Collaborate with the team to provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Be willing to travel to sites and support overnight installations when required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in project management and operations.
* Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines, including willingness to work on overnight projects.
Education & Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements (e.g., RAMS)
* Knowledge or experience in audio and visual technology.
* Familiarity with project management software or tools.
