This agency drives positive change for people and planet by delivering outstanding branding and advertising for a host of global and local ethical brands, particularly in the food and drink sector.
Now they are looking for a professional Senior Social Media Manager with solid social media and content creation experience to join their growing team.
Based in a stunning location in South-West Kent, you will need a car to reach the agency.
The Senior Social Media Manager role

The new Senior Social Media Manager will be someone with a commercial and growth-led mindset who is looking to step into a leadership role. Social plays a major part in the agency’s approach and you will be responsible for planning and delivering best-in-class social media strategies that challenge the status quo.
You will have a passion for social media, community building and trending online content along with the desire to inspire and mentor junior members of your team.
What’s required
Working into the Social Media Director, you will need…
1. At least five years’ social media experience, gained either in house or agency side, where you’ve managed content creation, content planning and built strategies for a variety of brands
2. A good understanding of paid, organic and social media strategy
3. Influencer campaign experience
4. Experience using data-driven research / analysis to drive strategic direction, best practices and process improvements
5. An in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to drive impact, loyalty and engagement
6. Experience managing a team or line managing a junior
7. Flexibility and ability to cope with changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
8. Capacity to deal with a diverse workload and multiple, complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
9. Curiosity about new media and technologies
10. Confident presentation skills
11. A car – the office is quite rural!
Food and drink brand experience would be a huge bonus.
Work from home policy
This role is office based three days per week with two days from home.
Salary
To £48k depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits and a fabulous agency culture.
