Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps Crewe are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work at their new client based in Crewe.
Responsibilities:
1. Inputting and processing customer orders
2. Raising PO's
3. Utilising the SAP system as and when required - you must have proven experience in SAP
4. Ordering stock when required
5. Invoicing clients and maintaining accurate records
6. General office duties including answering the telephone and responding to emails
7. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
8. Create part codes once trained (Using SAP)
Requirements:
1. SAP Experience - this is ESSENTIAL for this role
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
4. Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is preferred
Details:
Location: Crewe
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30, Friday 08:30 - 15:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Contract: Ongoing, up to 12 months - possibility of extension
