You must hold at least a basic food hygiene certificate and be able to demonstrate competence cooking Indian cuisine to a high standard in a team environment. The role requires large scale cooking of dishes in accordance with prescribed in-house recipes and standards. Run the kitchen area allocated managing set priorities to the standards provided ensuring health, safety, and hygiene is maintained in accordance with legislation. Atleast 5 years of experience is required. Some out of hours work may be required.
