Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Newcastle
Rate: £15-£17 p/h inside IR35 through umbrella.
Duration: 3-6 month contract with potential to convert to permanent.
The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday under a 6-8 week shift rotation. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
Our client has a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, managing their personal lending business. We provide support to customers with enquiries and requests about their loan accounts.
Role Overview:
They are looking for Customer Service Advisors who put customers at the heart of everything we do. Do you have a passion for helping make things simple and easy for customers? - Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following defined processes.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records.
- Keen to manage customer information in line with GDPR.
- Experience working with computer systems.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration to deliver outstanding customer service and identify continuous improvement ideas.
Work Environment:
The role is office-based within Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park, with easy access to bus and train links.
