Description Creative Designer Permanent Grade 4 - £33,366 - £40,476 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Location Hybrid / Council House Purpose of the job, vision for the role To support the effective development and deployment of the Council’s visual brand, across all online and offline material. With an eye for detail and a passion for visual communication the role will ensure that all design material promotes the council and its partners and meets the brand guidelines. You will be innovative and excited about the potential of public sector design, the role will help to drive the creative direction of the team whilst effectively fulfilling the design assignments. The role requires a strong interest and experience in design practice, and someone who is adaptable, adept at working in a fast-moving and customer-first environment that relies on real-time communications, welcomes change and has a growth mindset.
