This is an ideal opportunity fora junior marketer with some previous FMCG to work on a prioritybrand in a fun, friendly and fast-paced environment. You will pay akey role in delivering the marketing plans in line with brandstrategy, which includes the development & execution of TTLcampaigns as well as the NPD & EPD product plan. In addition,you’ll lead the tracking and management of the marketing budget andreporting on brandperformance.
The office is located in Slough (hybrid:2-3 days) with occasional travel required to events, agencymeetings and manufacturing sites.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, what willyou bedoing?
* Support the brand team in the creation& execution of the 3 year brand vision, strategy, andplan
* Lead, and work cross functionally, todeliver key projects, via a stage gate process, throughout theyear
* Liaise with agencies to support theexecution of the marketingplans
* Manage monthly brand performance reports,as well as ad hoc analysis. This will include the internalP&L & external brand consumer metrics, and competitoranalysis to generate insight led actions andrecommendations
* Support management of marketing budget,including PO raising / receipting, as well as tracking andreporting onspend
