You’ll enjoy a range of placements to develop your skills, share your ideas and be a valued member of each team. On our Commercial Graduate Programme, you’ll spend time in our dynamic Aftersales teams, gaining essential business knowledge and ensuring our customers get the best possible service after they’ve bought one of our products. Group Parts Operations If you’re placed in the Group Parts rotation, you’ll get great experience in a highly commercial role. You’ll be involved in business casing, measuring return on investment, driving sales and supporting the tender process for the many suppliers used in Group Parts Operations. Business Development If you’re in the Business Development rotation, you’ll be driving business by looking at trends and opportunities to introduce new ideas and improve the customer experience. Retailer Operations In the Retailer Operations rotation, you’ll get a great understanding of our nationwide network of dealerships. You’ll work closely with them, so they understand our goals and can provide excellent experiences to increase customer loyalty. Intelligence In this placement you’ll be analysing internal and external data to inform our aftersales activities and drive recommendations and improvement. What's in it for you? As a Graduate, you'll start on a £31,800 salary and get a new car every six months (as long as you have a full, clean UK driving licence).
