Job Description
* Manage and oversee daily financial operations
* Transactional invoice processing
* Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Communicate financial information to non-financial staff and stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Officer should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit environment
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner
* Experience using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
