This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Maths teacher to join a well-established department in a forward-thinking school. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, monitoring student progress, and supporting the personal and academic development of all students.

Contract: Permanent, full time
Pay scale: Teachers Main/Upper Pay Range (MPR/UPR)
Essential Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting (GCSE and A-Level preferred).

* Ability to use data to monitor student progress and tailor teaching strategies.
* Adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
* Support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor.
* Facilitate student learning and create an environment where students can achieve their individual potential.
* Monitor and track student progress using data to inform teaching and ensure students reach their full potential.
* Provide a full learning experience and support for students in accordance with school policies.
* Teach groups of students as determined by the school's curriculum needs.
* Mark and assess student work, using feedback to guide future learning and inform teaching.
* Adhere to the school's Health and Safety policies and carry out relevant risk assessments.
* Collaborate with parents and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Support the personal and academic growth of students both inside and outside the classroom.
