We are urgently recruiting Care Assistants and Support Worker in Brighton who want to make a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role
As a valued Care Assistant, you’ll enjoy diverse placements in trusted care settings tailored to your availability. We prioritise flexibility, offering various shift options in Brighton and the surrounding areas, including early mornings, late shifts, long days, waking nights, and sleep-ins.
Your daily activities will vary based on your chosen service, from personal care and moving and handling to providing social support and helping clients enjoy activities they love.

Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily needs, feeding, personal care and activities.
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest.
* Assist the client with moving and handling.
* Liaising effectively with colleagues and professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
* Following the Care Plan and raising any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months UK based care or support work experience.
* Right to Work documents.
* UK driving license preferred but not essential.
