Program Manager, Social Responsibility

Rate: £376.82 - £743.44 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager to manage social responsibility human rights escalations data, business updates, and process quality control. The Program Manager will be responsible for owning data and content about the escalations program to share with internal partner teams and identifying pain points to improve processes. You will be responsible for assessing the program data for trend analyses to better communicate the escalation landscape to stakeholders. This role will identify gaps, streamline workflows, and improve processes based on partner team feedback and data trends. The risk manager will work cross-functionally with the SR Escalations manager, RP, SR’s legal, team, business teams, and Compliance-Operations to manage the process end to end.
This role will give the candidate the opportunity to autonomously own quality programming for an enterprise-wide global risk program. They will work alongside a variety of internal teams, develop and implement process controls in order to improve compliance, and standardize ways of working. The role will play an important part in Our Client's regulatory compliance and reputational impact in the human rights space.
Key job responsibilities:
* Create solutions for complex escalations and proactively implement processes to resolve negative service trends
* Succinctly convey complex problems in easy-to-digest terms for all stakeholders
* Proactively work with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Policy, Product, Ops) to enhance and evolve SR program to drive measurable improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness

Candidate Requirements:
* Be able to work in ambiguity
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to identify trends in data
* Ideally Six Sigma root cause analysis training
* Preferably a social responsibility background
* Strong project management skills are a must
* Be able to demonstrate Ownership, Dive Deep, and Insist on the Highest Standards
