Description The Learning & Development Administrator – EMEA role offers a dynamic opportunity to work alongside the HR Team and gain exposure to the full learning and development cycle, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training coordination, employee development, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation, administration, and monitoring of L&D initiatives, ensuring a seamless learning experience across the business. This role will also involve maintaining learning records, liaising with internal and external partners, and contributing to broader talent development strategies. If this role interests you, read on for details about the role's responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Coordination Schedule and administer learning activities, including booking training sessions (remote and in-person), sending invitations, tracking attendance, and updating registers. Support the on-boarding and induction process, ensuring new starters receive relevant learning materials and a seamless introduction to the business. Attend induction and internal training events in a supporting/organising capacity. Liaise with external training providers to source and book training, including coordinating payments and maintaining accurate records. Research and manage external course bookings, notifying employees of course details and maintaining records of CPD (Continuous Professional Development). Support with apprenticeship and trainee coordination, maintaining accurate training records. Oversee and manage professional subscriptions relevant to L&D. Assist in the design and delivery of learning initiatives, supporting internal facilitators and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). Learning Management System & Reporting Maintain learning systems, ensuring new starters, relocations, and leavers are updated accordingly. Generate weekly and monthly training reports and provide updates to management. Upload and organise training content, including sessions, recordings, and e-learning materials. Regularly review and maintain learning courses within the LMS, ensuring content remains current and relevant. L&D Support & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries, providing professional and proactive support. Maintain the L&D inbox, responding to inquiries and managing requests efficiently. Support employees with their development journeys, tracking career progression and identifying learning opportunities. Assist in apprenticeship recruitment and early careers development initiatives. Assist in note-taking during L&D and HR meetings, tracking key actions and follow-ups. Collaborate with HR, managers, and stakeholders to support talent development strategies and initiatives.
