What We Offer
Competitive Pay: £47-57K per year including service charge, depending on experience (based on the last 3-month average).
Working Hours: Full-time, 48 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead & inspire the FOH team to deliver world-class service
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, team performance & sales targets
* Train and develop staff, upholding our hospitality and brand standards
* Manage cash handling, EOD reports & hygiene compliance
* Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
* Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence
Who you are:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced, structured restaurant
* Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
* A hands-on leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & bank holidays
* Strong communication, problem-solving & organisational skills
