Due to recent growth, they are now seeking a Training & Quality Assurance Executive to support and develop their expanding workforce. Role Overview: As a Training & Induction Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that new employees and homeworkers receive first-class onboarding and training. You’ll design and implement engaging, tailored training programmes that equip the team with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities: Induction Programme Development: Design and continuously improve induction programmes to align with company culture, values, and objectives. Bespoke Training Design: Create and maintain training materials for various travel partners, ensuring they meet individual brand guidelines, processes, and booking systems. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging sessions for new and existing team members via workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms. Continuously assess effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Continuous Improvement: Refine training methods based on industry trends and business needs. Call monitoring and feedback will play a key role in ensuring service levels meet partner expectations. Onboarding Process: Work closely with HR and IT to streamline onboarding, reducing administrative tasks and improving efficiency. Partner Collaboration: Ensure all partner updates, processes, and procedures are effectively communicated to the wider team in a timely manner.
