As part of a Corporate Communications Project and Delivery Team, devise communication strategies and plans to help inform and engage stakeholders with any changes, projects or business as usual work that is happening within Police Scotland.
To provide a professional, engaging and targeted communications service ensuring there is a co-ordinated and consistent approach to communicating to our internal and external audiences and stakeholders; updating and utilising all digital and non-digital channels.
To advise and guide officers and staff on a range of communications specialisms and channels.
To be responsible for the co-ordination, implementation and maintenance of communication plans for key national and local campaigns delivered to the appropriate audience.
To deliver creative, effective marketing campaigns using a variety of communication methods.
To provide resilience support to the Corporate Communications function where and when appropriate for other services such as basic intranet updates, social media posts, press releases etc.
