Systems Analyst
Our client, a leading procurement company based on the outskirts of Norwich, are currently seeking a Systems analyst to join their Technologyteam.
This is a full time permanent position, based in Norwich, working 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Duties and Responsibilities
* Participate in the formulation, development and implementation of the digital strategy and data strategy.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of all third-party business software and the processes that run through this software.
* Scope, research, test and implement new software.
* Work on projects to make better use of our third-party software.
* Lead the as is – to be process analysis, challenging the purpose and effectiveness of existing processes, ensuring the best use of software and implementing innovative concepts and ideas.
* Proactively research software functionality and capabilities, finding the most efficient way to implement project deliverables.
* Provide advanced system administration and configuration, building reports, workflows, custom templates and scripts.
* Work with system APIs to enhance integration and functionality.
* Manage the software release process to ensure business continuity.
* Coordinate the testing of new software and software releases to ensure business critical processes are not affected.
* Create and develop a group of super users who can assist with technology team projects.
* Assist in regular reviews of business systems and software in conjunction with key stakeholders and end users to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the users and the business.
* Troubleshoot issues and bugs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and escalating as necessary.
* Encouraging successful change management through the use of appropriate change management techniques.
* Develop excellent working relationships with all departments within the business as well as with external partners.
* Develop, monitor and manage software supplier SLA’s.
* Contribute to technical discussions and carry significant weight in any discussions.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
* HTML and CSS
* A logical approach to problem solving and root cause analysis
* Data analysis and interrogation
* Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
* Leading projects
* Troubleshooting and resolving problems
* How to prioritise business needs, user needs, deliverables and workload
* IT-related qualification or relevant IT experience in a similar role
