Full training will be given on all tasks before being supervised on the role. Job Responsibilities: 1. Liaise with QP / RP / Quality Manager with all GDMP issues 2. To initiate & progress Deviations as they occur & to partake in investigations to determine the root cause. 3. To initiate & progress corresponding CAPAs ensuring Corrective and Preventative Actions are implemented within the agreed timeframe. 4. Support the company with ensuring processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. 5. To support QMR meetings. 6. Maintain the Internal & external audit schedule. 7. To maintain the Approved Customer List & the Approved Supplier list. 8. To maintain the Outsourced GDP Supplier List. 9. Assist with product recalls & mock recalls. 10. Maintain training records for all GDP and GMP personnel ensuring all new and existing staff are trained annually on GMP, GDP and Falsified Medicines training. 11. Ensure all new SOPs have been signed off for training purposes. 12. Liaise with Warehouse personnel as to quarantine, destruction, temperature records, calibration records, cleaning logs, returns for RP approval, returns to suppliers. 13. Complete bona fide collation of suppliers and customers for RP sign off. Maintain accurate, legible and contemporaneous records relating to GDP activities. 14. Annual requalification checks on customers and suppliers are completed for RP approval.
