CONCESSION MANAGER
About THE ROLE
The Concession Manager plays a key role in achieving our standards. They lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.
Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Area Manager to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals.
* Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to grow the business or improve performance.
* Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly.
* Perform Manager-on-duty functions; manage store opening/closing functions and the sales floor.
* Ensuring best practices, visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room are executed.
* Ensure daily management of sales, payroll, controllable expenses, and company initiatives.
* Analyzing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
* Leading weekly management meetings and contributing to regional meetings.
* Set challenging but attainable goals with an emphasis on service quality and financial performance.
* Coordinate appropriate action plans considering consequences and budget decisions.
* Communicate with staff daily on individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
* Assist in recruitment and orientation processes, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives.
* Own the training and development of employees, ensuring proper orientation and training.
* Provide training and coaching for Employees and ensure documentation.
About YOU
* Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer is essential.
* Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management.
* Previous people management experience and ability to resolve conflicts.
* Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
* Collaborate to win and recognize the contributions of others.
* Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive change.
* Adapt fast and work with pace.
* Energetic and inspire trust showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
