Our Area Operations South team has a fantastic opportunity for a Excavation Agent to join them in Lancashire and Greater Manchester on a full time basis Our Role We re looking for an exceptional person to join the South Operations Team, to supervise excavation teams working to deliver connections for our customers at Domestic Properties. Lead and Manage a team of up to 20 colleagues, motivating and inspiring them to be a high-performing team. Responsible for driving all aspects of Safety, Health and Environment compliance in line with current Legislations. Lead and drive compliance across the team in performing risk assessments and maintaining safe working practices in line with Electricity North West Codes of Practice. Manage and be accountable for the pre-site checks process to ensure that a design is achievable, deliverable to the customer s standards and within ENW Standards & Procedures To manage safety and performance, maximising our productivity whilst ensuring we maintain the highest standards in Health & Safety Accountable for performing regular engagement visits, leading on site audits, delivering Team Brief s and Safety Updates. Seeking to exceed our customer s expectations but when necessary, taking ownership of customer complaints to their resolution. Managing key relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of the works and resolve any issues or problems that arise. Supervising and overseeing onsite works to ensure the quality of works meets with current procedures and achieves our Guaranteed Standards of Service. Working flexibility to undertake other reasonable tasks following the requirements of the Company.
