1. Strategic Planning: Lead and collaborate with the Operations & Services (O+S) team to shape the future direction of operations and business activities.
2. Project Management: Oversee and drive projects that enhance the O+S function, from initiation to implementation, using LEAN Six-Sigma and agile methodologies to ensure efficient execution.
