What does it mean to be a Wellbeing Manager?
* Inspire Creativity: Lead a team of enthusiastic Activities Coordinators to design innovative, person-centered wellbeing activities.
* Drive Innovation: Lead creative wellbeing programs that not only engage our residents but also inspire active participation among colleagues.
* Community Engagement: Create positive community connections and tap into local opportunities.
* Holistic Support: Collaborate with our Lodge Managers and General Manager to support the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of our residents – putting their life history, interests, and passions at the heart of West Hall.

* A Passionate Advocate: A dedicated wellbeing champion with a creative flair to design and deliver unique wellbeing initiatives.
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills: Promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Care Expertise: A complete understanding of the needs of older people, dementia care, and person-centered care.
