Get plugged into success at Detectronic! - As a Technical Support Desk Specialist you'll be the go-to problem-solver. Troubleshooting solutions and tackling challenges while becoming a product champion as part of our R&D team. Help us lead the charge in wastewater monitoring and management!
As Technical Support Specialist you will be the interface between our clients (Internal & External) and provide support via email and telephone. You will ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and will provide product support through troubleshooting and fault investigation on all Detectronic's products.
What You'll Need to Bring:
* Proven experience in operating a modern support helpdesk (i.e. tracking calls and resolutions)
* Previous experience as a technical support specialist or a similar role is desirable.
* Enthusiasm, drive, thoroughness, diligence and a willingness to take personal responsibility to ensure that timelines are successful.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Database understanding and networking.
* Previous experience supporting IoT, "Smart" or Mobile devices would be desirable.
* Experience in writing and supporting technical documentation.
Training:
Full product and service familiarity training will be given.
