Data Analyst / Programmes Analyst – Aerospace/Engineering
Job Summary:
Join an innovative and dynamic team within a leading aerospace engineering company, where you’ll play a key role in managing and analysing projects that supply critical products / technology for aircrews. As a Data / Programmes Analyst, you’ll be responsible for both technical data analysis and business engagement, ensuring the success of critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed project cost tracking, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
* Utilize systems like Power BI, Power Query, and SQL to provide actionable insights from data.
* Engage with stakeholders to support user meetings, ensuring reports and data are used effectively.
* Conduct proof of concept reports, ad-hoc data analysis, and system integration assessments.
* Produce and maintain process documentation, and provide training to team members on reporting systems.
* Drive continuous improvement in project systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new tools and processes.
1. Technical Skills Required:
* Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
* Familiarity with project planning systems and experience in financial reporting.
* Expertise in EVM, NVP, and project systems analysis.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to present and engage effectively with stakeholders.
