We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance videographer based in the North of England to support our content team. We specialise in creating high-quality content for dental, medical and aesthetic businesses across the UK, as well as working closely with some of the leading device manufacturers in these spaces, to promote their businesses and services using a combination of paid ads and social first content. We are looking for a reliable and competent freelance videographer based in Northern England to travel to our various clients across the region, to capture high-quality content and deliver it back to us promptly so we can begin the post-production process and deliver back to our clients. About the Role: Location: North England (with travel as required). Commitment: Freelance/project-based. Key Responsibilities: Travel to various locations in the North of the UK to capture dynamic, engaging, quality footage. Collaborate with our content team to ensure content aligns with our client’s vision. Upload footage efficiently, to ensure our deadlines and our clients deadlines are met. Own, maintain and operate your own video equipment, ensuring professional-grade, high-quality results. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in videography (please share your portfolio). Access to your own professional-grade camera, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment: Specifically, we are only looking for videographers who own and use one of the following cameras to record 4K both in 25fps and 50fps, in an H.264 compression, able to record simultaneously to two cards for redundancy, and in a version of Log to allow for colour grading: Sony A7IV, FX3, FX30, A7SIII, A7RV, A1 (I,II). (We do not wish to work with FX6 or FX9 users.). Panasonic S1H, S5, S5II, S5IIX. Canon R6 (I,II), R5 (I,II). You must own a set of wireless microphones that can provide an audio signal directly into the camera via the receiver (i.e. DJI Mic, Rode Wireless Go etc). You must own a gimbal, to provide additional stability to footage. Small, portable lighting gear, as some locations will require additional lighting for interviews. You must be able to adequately white balance for each environment you record in, ideally using a grey card or colour checker. Must be able to drive, have use of a car and use public transport where needed to travel within the region and work on-location. Excellent communication and organisational skills, particularly when working with various clients on location. Creative and adaptable, with a strong sense of storytelling. Ability to interview people using given questions. A quick turnaround time for uploading content on to our company WeTransfer account (We need the footage back within 72 hours). Bonus Skills: Own a drone, with competent and legal operation and appropriate licensing. Experience shooting for ads, social and corporate content. Particular bonus if you have shot for medical, beauty, wellness or dental clinics previously.
