Job Description
In your new role as a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You will need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

-Passport or Driving licence; &/or;
-Right to Work Documentation - Any documents that prove you have the right to work in the UK (e.g., residence permit). If you have less than 6 weeks left on your current visa, please bring evidence of your application for a new visa to your interview.
-Proof of your current address, this must be dated within the past 3 months.
-Marriage certificate/deed poll document if you have changed your name.
-Provide your work history for the last 5 years, if you can also provide names of referees for any work you have done.

Once we have acknowledgement that an applicant can provide the above, we will invite into the airport to undertake a security interview which will involve going through a security form, from which we will attain references for the full 5 years work history (this may also include any gaps in employment history). Once we have attained all information and received a DBS, we will undertake a GSAT which is an airport security certificate (support provided) and then apply to the pass office to attain a pass for working on the airport.
