Customer Success Manager
Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise software company that provides a SaaS-based solution, in search of a Customer Success Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a customer success manager role, managing a portfolio of accounts, being their first point of contact and maximizing revenue generated from each account.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main contact for assigned clients, driving success and satisfaction
2. Understand client objectives
3. Promote solution adoption through training, support, and best practices
4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
5. Collaborate with internal teams and provide customer feedback
6. Deliver business reviews
Your skills/experience as a Customer Success Manager
1. Experience in customer success and account management
2. 3-5 years' experience in software sales
3. Proficient in Salesforce
4. A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset
Benefits

2. OTE 80k
