With some huge expansion currently happening within the business, we also have exciting opportunities to help support the growth of the business into our new cities - Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, and Burnley in the coming months.
The role itself is performance-based, with an excellent weekly pay structure per acquisition.
OTE tends to average between £1700-£2800 per month for those in training positions.
This is ideally seen as a full-time position (5 days minimum).
Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best suit them.
* Actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively.
* Customer-focused approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is good but not necessary.
