Role:
1. Act as a pivotal figure within the financial services team
2. Develop and maintain the organisations financial reporting solution using a range of tools such as Excel and Power BI
3. Champion the continuous improvement and streamlining of financial processes and systems within the organisation
4. Draft and document procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
5. Partner and collaborate with various departments and key internal figures to understand and meet their financial reporting needs
Person:
6. You will be a qualified Accountant (CCAB/CIMA) with experience within a complex organisation
7. Advanced IT skills comprising Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SAP or equivalent
8. Proven experience with finance systems, reporting packages and underlying data
9. Skilled in using software and tools for solution development, such as VBA, SQL, or other coding languages such as Java or Python
