We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to work closely and business partner our Senior Leadership team to support strategic decision making that will enhance business performance.
This is a newly created role, and you will be responsible for financial planning, business partnering, and ensuring robust financial control across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and stability.
* Oversee the preparation of robust financial reports.
* Manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances and trends.
Finance Business Partnering:
* Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
* Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and trends to key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Develop and maintain systems for internal control to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
* Monitor cash flow and investments to ensure financial security.
* Lead a small finance team, providing guidance and support on day-to-day activities.
* Support the team in developing and delivering monthly results and commentary.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
* Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Review and evaluate the financial implications of current and future investments or acquisitions.
Qualifications:
* Must be fully qualified – ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
* Extensive experience in financial management, including business partnering and financial control.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
