This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in commercial property law. Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals. Deals with licenses to assign, alter and underlet. Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant property law issues. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to gather information and provide updates on progress. Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations relevant to the practice area. Qualifications: A Law degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in commercial property, is preferred but not essential. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
