Reporting to the Strategic Lead for Housing Services, you will manage a team overseeing all types of housing within the Council’s portfolio. Your team will provide housing management services to our residents. These include but are not limited to; tenant engagement, rent recovery, anti-social behaviour/nuisance issues and tenancy management/sustainment. You will focus on providing the best possible services to our tenants whilst enabling East Suffolk Council to meet its obligations in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2003 and striving for positive customer outcomes and satisfaction. You will have previous experience of supervising and developing staff in a similar housing setting and have a strong track record in performance management and improvement. To hold a relevant Housing qualification is essential for this role, as is excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
