We are now looking for an Appointment Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Appointment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth delivery of our water efficiency projects.
You will support project delivery targets through managing customer appointments across a range of sectors and ensuring excellent customer service, efficient diary management and timely co-ordination of appointment scheduling.
Overseeing the full customer appointment process from start to finish, you will handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
You will also work closely with project teams to monitor uptake rates, provide regular progress updates and ensure that live appointment diaries are well-managed, accurate and up to date to support efficient contract delivery.
About You
To be considered as an Appointment Co-ordinator, you will need:
- A minimum of two years’ customer service experience
- Working knowledge of outbound and inbound calling systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- A Business Administration NVQ Level 2 qualification
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
