The Q&H Technician role supports the Quality Department functions through internal audits, third-party audit support, and compliance management.
* Internal auditing on quality, health & safety, and environmental systems.
* Involvement in 3rd party audits.
Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, returns, and enquiries, locating retained samples for investigation and re-testing, working with all departments to assist in the maintenance of the product safety and quality management system, and assisting with documentation and monthly stock takes.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.
2. Support 3rd party audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
3. Handle customer complaints, returns, and enquiries in a timely manner.
4. Locate retained samples for investigation and re-testing.
5. Assist in maintaining product safety and quality management systems.
6. Collate required paperwork and information to comply with systems.
7. Aid in monthly stock takes.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Preferable experience with ISO9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials Global Standard.
* Preferable experience with internal auditing and HACCP.
