As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for classes of 5-10 students aged 5-18. You will work alongside classroom support assistants and on-site professionals. The daily tasks of an SEN Teacher will include:
1. Creating a structured learning environment.
2. Preparing positive, engaging lessons for all students.
3. Creating tailored lesson plans and targets to accommodate individual needs and learning styles.
4. Monitoring students’ individual progress and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Modifying teaching strategies as necessary.
