Service and Engineering Works Coordinator – The Role:
The Service and Engineering Works Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations, including preparing quotes, mobilising engineers, and managing administrative tasks.
Service and Engineering Works Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare budgets and quotations for small works
2. Submit and track quotations
3. Assist with the preparation of handover documentation for small works
4. Coordinate engineer mobilisation and schedule site visits
5. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone, email, etc.
6. Update and maintain documentation, databases, and spreadsheets
7. Manage CRM system enquiries and project folders
8. Ensure the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
9. Schedule meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping
Service and Engineering Works Coordinator – You:
We’re looking for someone with:
1. A Business or Administration qualification (NVQ Level 3)
2. Previous coordination or administrative experience
3. Strong project management skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Attention to detail and excellent time management
6. A full, valid driving licence
7. Experience in service management or the electrical/power generation industry
