Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery. Keep inventory levels balanced and minimize waste. Collaborate with procurement to address material shortages. Lead improvements in logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and warehouses. Report on performance and address any operational challenges. What Were Looking For: Experience in production planning, logistics, and inventory management. Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 or equivalent. CPIM and/or CLTD certifications are a plus.
