Responsibilities: Input and process sales orders, including uploading orders from websites to in-house stock and accounting system. Ensure efficient communication and excellent customer service. Handle post-sales queries and provide product support. Perform general office administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Proficiency in IT, specifically in Excel and Oracle-based systems. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a flexible environment.
